Simeon-David Marable, President and Curator at Levittown Internationally Known Communities, Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in artistic expression.

Mr. Marable’s passion for the arts began when he was a student at Lea College in Minnesota, from which he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in art and English in 1970. Upon graduation, he served as a seventh and eighth grade art teacher with the Pennsbury School Systems in Pennsylvania for 18 years. Soon thereafter, he became a ninth and tenth grade art teacher with Charles H. Boehm High School from 1988 to 1990 and a ninth and tenth grade art teacher with Medill Bair High School from 1990 to 1999. Mr. Marable concluded his professional career at Pennsbury High School, where he held the role of ninth to 12th grade art teacher from 2000 until his retirement in 2005.

Alongside his primary endeavors, Mr. Marable has been the founder, creator, and treasurer of Rivulet Art since 2000 and the Pennsylvania president of Levittown Internationally Known Communities, Inc., since 2003. He has also been a longstanding member of the National Trust for Historic Preservation and program director of Dream of America. However, Mr. Marable is most renowned for being the proprietor of the William J. Levitt and Family Historical Museum, which has showcased the family’s history from 1952 to the present day, and the developer of Levitt Mobile, which houses memorabilia and photographs of the 1950s era in Bucks County, PA.

A prolific artist in several capacities, Mr. Marable has presented portraits, calendars, and sketches to commemorate the city of Levittown and has authored several books in the subject as well. In recognition of his exceptional contributions, he was named Artist of the Year by the Albert Lea Lions Club in 1970 and was given the Republican Senatorial American Spirit Medal by the United States Senate in 2007. Mr. Marable and his wife were honored by Senator Fitzpatrick. Notably, he has been showcased in several editions of Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in the East, Who’s Who in the World, and Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
