Patricia Ann Suggs has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in Fine Arts.
Ever since she was a child, Ms. Suggs has loved painting. For over 40 years now she has made a career out of painting, as an artist, a teacher, and as a judge for clubs and exhibitions. A fine artist herself, she has also served as a judge of fine arts for many organizations, including the Alameda County Fair, The Peninsula, and fine arts clubs all over California. Ms. Suggs has also taught art courses in California and New Mexico.
