Carol Keiser, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in painting, design and tile work.
Since 1970, Ms. Keiser has lead a self-guided art career and has been successful in being featured in one-woman shows, juried shows and group shows. In 2015, she was invited and inducted into the National Association of Women Artists. Early on, Ms. Keiser knew she wanted to be an artist as it presented itself in her interests of art and color. After following her heart, and the influence of her mother’s love of art, Ms. Keiser has crafted a well-rounded career. She studied at the University of New Hampshire and Ohio State University and has a master’s in education from the Antioch Graduate School. In addition, she continued to hone her craft with postgraduate work at the Art Students League of New York.
Ms. Keiser’s art has been featured in such shows and galleries as the River Valley Playhouse, the Newbury Society of Arts and Crafts, the Candalaria Flower Show and the Southern Vermont Art Center among many other places. She received the Jurors Award of Distinction at the Stratton Arts Show and was invited to design an Ornament for the White House Christmas tree in 1993. One of her paintings was selected to appear in the Hands of the Goddess calendar in 1992. Furthermore, Ms. Keiser’s work has been featured on greeting cards, posters and catalogs. She maintains professional affiliation with the Newbury Society of Arts and Crafts, the New Hampshire League of Arts and Crafts, the Vermont State Craft Centers at Middlebury, Burlington, Manchester and Windsor and the National Association of Women Artists.
