Paul A. Brown, Choreographer at Jazz Choreography Enterprise Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the performing arts.

In his teenage years, Mr. Brown loved watching movie musicals such as, “Singing in the Rain,” and he developed a strong passion for his drama club and music. He went on to attend Western Kentucky University and officially spearheaded his career in the performing arts in 1984. Having served as a dancer, actor and singer in numerous productions in the 1980s, Mr. Brown most recently served as the choreographer for the Jazz Choreography Enterprise Inc. in 2019. From 1999 to 2004, he was in Disney’s production of Beauty and the Beast’s third national tour as assistant dance captain, full male chorus swing and the understudy for Lefou. Additionally, Mr. Brown performed in the CATS National and European tours from 1993 to 1995.

Over the years of his professional career, Mr. Brown has been an instructor to the Gus Giordano Dance School in Evanston, Illinois, which he calls the highlight of his career, and where he received a dance merit scholarship in 1985. He has also taught at the Dance Factory in Mundelein, Dance Academy in Lake Forest, Joseph Allen Decker Dance Studio in Burbank, California and the Vonder Haar Center for the Performing Arts. A member of the Actors’ Equity Association, Bally’s Health and Tennis Corp. and the Screen Actors Guild, Mr. Brown’s career goal is to pass on his love and passion for dance and acting to any audience member and aspiring performer. To attest to Mr. Brown’s career achievements, he can also be found in the first and second editions of Who’s Who in Entertainment and the third edition of Who’s Who of Emerging Leaders in America.
