At the inception of his career, Mr. Cullen initially aspired to pursue psychology. Mr. Cullen lives by the motto, “The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes, but having new eyes,” written by Marcel Proust. With a motivation to remain open-minded throughout his personal and professional life, he opines that individuals should not be afraid of failure, since none of us are perfect, but rather accept and embrace those failures, always mindful of the lessons they can teach us. In his spare time, Mr. Cullen is an avid outdoorsman, traveling the world in search of peoples, cultures, reminders of past civilizations, and new places to scuba dive.
