John-Charles Kelly, Actor, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in entertainment.
Since 1970, Mr. Kelly has excelled as an actor. Backed by a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Oregon, he has showcased his talents on stage for over 50 years. One of his earliest roles was at Disneyland in the 1970s, which provided him with a platform on which to nurture his skills and witness his talents grow. In the years since then, Mr. Kelly has performed in a number of plays. Some of his best shows include “Chicago,” “Cats,” “A Christmas Carol,” and “Floyd Collins.” Mr. Kelly’s talents additionally booked him a role on the HBO television drama, “Sex and the City.”
An active member of his industry, Mr. Kelly maintains affiliation with the Actors Equity Association, the Screen Actors Guild, and the American Guild of Variety Artists. Currently, he performs with the Stonewall Chorale. Mr. Kelly is also a member of God’s Lovely Deliver, the West End Collegiate Church, and the New York City Gay Man’s Chorus. He is excited to see what the future holds for him, as he has never forgotten the thrill of performing in front of a live audience since he first felt it at the age of five. He hopes to be able to do what he loves for as long as he can.
