Maria Rabinky, Artist, Illustrator, Founder and Principal Owner of Rabinky Art LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in traditional and digital illustration.
Trained in classical arts and architecture, Ms. Rabinky specializes in watercolors, oils, pencil and ink with an emphasis on architecture, still life, urban and country landscapes. Born and raised in Russia, she grew up regularly visiting art museums in the art-oriented city of St. Petersburg. Thereafter, she obtained a Master of Fine Arts in art, architecture from the Academy of Fine Arts in 1982. Upon immigrating to the United States and relocating to Richmond, Virginia, she founded the art studio Rabinky Art, LLC. As a mixed-media artist within her studio, she frequently merges both physical and electronic art forms to achieve the warmth of hand creations combined with the utility and flexibility of digital documents.
Ms. Rabinky’s portfolio includes collaboration with renowned organizations such as the University of California Los Angeles, Discovery Maps, the United States Library of Congress, Nissan, World Wrestling Entertainment and Ravensburger. Moreover, she has contributed as a contract illustrator for architects and event designers and has created illustrated maps for dozens of real estate developers and travel agencies. Throughout her career, she has found additional success as a project architect with Griffey, Strollo & Associates Architects and an illustrator and contractor with HKS. Moreover, she has maintained professional affiliations with the Graphic Artist Guild, the Illustrators Clubs of Virginia and Maryland and the American Society of Architectural Illustrators. Looking toward the future, she aims to continue creating custom artworks in a variety of styles for new and repeat clients.
