Ric Conn, an artist, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of oil painting.
Mr. Conn has been an artist for more than four decades and has been the owner of Ric Conn Studios garnered since 2005. Before leaving to focus on his fine arts career, he was a graphic arts professional for the Anne Arundel and Prince George’s County governments of Maryland from 1973 until 2005. Working in in oil, acrylic, charcoal, ink and mixed media, Mr. Conn’s expressive work is interested in representing the strength, beauty, and struggles of women.
Inspired by a desire to represent his subjects’ stories, Mr. Conn hopes his work is a vehicle for change and compassion for the cultural challenges that women face.
