Brady E. Hallongren, Film Editor at Rocket Panda Post, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in film editing and postproduction.

Mr. Hallongren has flourished in motion picture and television history for over two decades, with the last 15 as a film editor. He began by creating opening and end titles for features and trailers at a film optical post facility and then worked his way up through postproduction on television, movies and independent projects into the editorial department and into being a motion picture editor on such features as Overrun (2021), Never and Again (2021) and The Strange Thing About the Johnsons (2011).

In recent years, Mr. Hallongren partnered to open up a small boutique postproduction company, Rocket Panda Post, along with excelling as a partner and producer at the production company, Turbo Panda Productions. In this capacity, he has helmed a wide range of projects that have shown proven success and leadership in fulfilling the rigorous requirements of the film and television industry.

After obtaining an Associate of Arts from the College of DuPage in Illinois in 1998, Mr. Hallongren followed with a Bachelor of Arts in film production from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 2000. To further his career in film work, he later continued his education with Master of Fine Arts in film editing from the American Film Institute in Los Angeles in 2010, which he considers to be a career highlight. From 2015 to 2016, he served as an adjunct professor in film editing as well as a thesis advisor for Woodbury University in Burbank.

Mr. Hallongren attributes his success to his perseverance and the work ethic he learned from his parents and grandparents. He became involved in his industry because he loved motion pictures and television since he was very young. His proudest moment is starting his own post-production company in 2016, which he has always wanted to do ever since he started working in film and television. In the coming years, Mr. Hallongren hopes to grow his company and produce more films and would also like to work on more independent and compelling films as well as develop relationships with more directors.
