Ms. Gallot-Reeves obtained a Bachelor of Science in behavior and psychology in 1974 and an associate degree in nursing in 1976 from the University of Maine in Orono. She later continued her education with a Master of Science in Management from New England College in Henniker, New Hampshire in 2005 and Certified Public Manager in project management from Boston University in 2009. Ms. Gallot-Reeves then earned a certificate in change and project management from the Project Management Institute in 2012. 

For over three decades, Ms. Gallot-Reeves provided superior acre with Frisbee Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New Hampshire as director of critical care and cardiology from 1988 to 2008 and healthcare project director from 1988 to 2022, in which she was directly responsible for managing and completing complex projects, implementing system applications and upgrades, change management, construction space design and move planning. From 2015 to 2021, she served as executive director of Connect the Dots LLC, which offered a variety of services to health care and nonprofit organizations, including project planning, process and workflow redesign and strategic planning.

In 2017, Ms. Gallot-Reeves founded Soul Garden Pathway, LLC, a holistic literary business focused on healing through writing and communication. She has authored the poetry book “Between Shifts,” the novel “Behind the Open Door: The Book of Light,” and “The Soul Garden Pathway.” In her dual careers as a health care administrator and author, she has garnered the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award, Marquis Who’s Who Humanitarian Award  and places in Marquis Who’s Who Top Professionals and Marquis Who’s Who Industry Leaders. 

Ms. Gallot-Reeves became involved in her profession because of her ability to work with teams and make a difference. As a career highlight, she cites mentoring others so that they can be successful. In the coming years, Ms. Gallot-Reeves will be publishing another book and will be embarking on several public speaking engagements.
