Tina Panariello, Owner at Nail Artistry by Tina, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in nail artistry.
Ms. Panariello has prospered as one of the foremost practitioners of nail art, having excelled as a first and second place World and International Nail Art Champion with a total of 15 trophies. She was also a nail art educator for leading nail lacquer firm OPI for three years, where she taught her hand-painted nail art technique to clients. Ms. Panariello founded Nail Artistry by Tina in Brooklyn in 1984, where she offers regular manicures, glue manicures, pedicures and spa pedicures as well as silk wraps and fiberglass. In addition, she supplies all types of nail designs including hand painted, stone applications, feathers, lace, stripes and glitters and can recreate nail artwork from photographs.
In addition to recognitions by the International Nail Art Competition and World International Nail and Beauty Association, Ms. Panariello is also most proud of receiving the 2015 Top Women in Business recognition from Schneps Communication and Star Network. Furthermore, publishing the book entitled “Polished: Filing Away at Life’s Truths” is also another career highlight. Besides her career in beauty, Ms. Panariello has also made an impact as interior decorator, inspirational speaker and business consultant and owner of Floral Gardens on Glass by Tina. She holds an associate degree in acting, speech and make-up from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and is a former auditionee for “Grease” on Broadway, as well as an actor with the Narrows Community Theater.
Dedicated to her community, Ms. Panariello volunteers with the Veterans Hospital in Brooklyn and has spoken at events at Brooklyn College, St. Francis College and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. She attributes her success to her drive to succeed, her self-motivation, and to her willingness to learn. Ms. Panariello aspired to become a physician at one time and drew anatomical figures and maintained as a child that she wanted to become a surgeon. Though she was unable to attend medical school and pursue a medical degree, she otherwise pursued her passion for arts to great success. In the coming years, Ms. Panariello hopes to be involved in more speaking engagements and to advocate for women’s empowerment.
