Having accrued over a decade of experience in the field, Mr. Pradilla De-Bedout is a rising leader in the filmmaking industry. He is the chief executive officer of Dapra Productions, his own production studio which he founded in 2009. Specializing in cinematography, screenwriting and editing, he writes and develops television shows and feature films alongside his colleagues. Over the course of his career, Mr. Pradilla De-Bedout has written, directed and produced a number of films and shows, including his award-winning, feature-length film, “Let’s Pretend I’m Talking About You,” which released in 2021 and won the awards for Best Original Screenplay and Best Short Film at the Lonely Wolf International Film Festival in London.
Mr. Pradilla De-Bedout previously worked as the head of production for Fox (Estudios TeleMexico) between 2017 and 2018 and with Sony Pictures Television in Mexico from 2014 to 2017. He originally began his career in 2010, working as an intern with Metrolook S.A DE C.V. Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, he pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in communication sciences, cinematography, and film and video production, summa cum laude, at Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México in 2012, and a master’s degree in cinematography, summa cum laude, at the New York Film Academy in 2019. In light of his fulfilling career, he attributes much of his success to his passion for making films, the support of his parents and a modicum of luck. Mr. Pradilla De-Bedout is hopeful for the future, and in the coming years, he hopes to fully fund his next feature-length film and continue directing and producing projects in the film industry.
