Toby Heifetz, Painter and Sculptor at Toby Heifetz Arts, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership as an art educator and professional artist.

In preparation for her career as a professional painter and sculptor, Ms. Heifetz attended the Tyler School of Fine Arts and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in painting and sculpture. She continued her education at the same institution, earning a Master of Fine Arts in painting and sculpture, before completing doctoral coursework in aesthetics at New York University. Since 2013, Ms. Heifetz has found success as a painter and sculptor with Toby Heifetz Arts, and she previously worked as a teacher at Shandong University in China. For 20 years, she was a music and art teacher with Brookdale Community College and the City University of New York.

Among her works, Ms. Heifetz co-authored “From Bayreuth to Terezin,” “Twilight of the Gods,” and “The Last Butterfly,” the latter of which was turned into a film. She maintains membership in the Art Student League and attributes her success to her hard work, as well as the inspiration and mentorship of her father. Among her career accomplishments, Ms. Heifetz is proudest of following her creativity and curiosity, which have taken her to many places and given her memorable experiences. In the future, Ms. Heifetz hopes to return to teaching.
