A frequent writer for Indian River State College, she has found additional success as the author of “The Polka Dot Rabbit Named Robert,” which was independently published in 2019. Moreover, she has been an active participant in a regional community feeding program since 2007. Ms. Hepburn has been further affiliated with the Council of Social Agencies of St. Lucie County and the St. Lucie County Budget Committee throughout her career.
Prior to embarking upon her professional path, Ms. Hepburn graduated with an Associate of Arts in office system technology at Indian River Community College in 1993. A lover of storytelling with a unique point-of-view who has been writing since her formative years, she was greatly motivated to go above and beyond in all of her endeavors by her teachers, including Ms. Delores Hogan Johnson, a member of the Florida House of Representatives. Proud of her ability to make a positive impact in the life of others, she is noted for her penchant for making herself available to children in need of nurturing, academic aid and sustenance. Looking toward the future, Ms. Hepburn hopes to continue giving her all to the world while broadening her reach in the arts.
