Ailene Fields, Owner and Sculptor at the Ailene Fields Sculpture Studio, Co-Owner of The Compleat Sculptor, and Co-Founder of the Skylands Museum of Art, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in art and sculpture.
Since 1990, Ms. Fields has been the owner and sculptor at the Ailene Fields Sculpture Studio. She co-founded the Skylands Museum of Art in March 2022 and has been the co-owner of The Compleat Sculptor since 1997. Ms. Fields specializes in representational work, mythology, fantasy, alabaster, marble, limestone and bronze. In addition to her primary work as an artist, she also teaches sculpture.
In preparation for her career, Ms. Fields attended the City University of New York Herbert H. Lehman College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English language in 1973. She continued her higher education at The New School for Social Research in 1980. In the coming years, Ms. Fields hopes to dedicate more time to traveling.
