Robbie Cox-White, Author, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the literary arts.

With years of experience to her credit, Ms. Cox-White has excelled as an author since the publication of her inaugural book, “After You Have Suffered a While . . .: A Book for Abused Women,” in 2019. Believing God spoke to her and inspired her to change the direction of her career, she had previously retired from a lengthy career in social work, primarily working with runaway teenagers. Prior to this position, she had served as an inventory specialist, a convenience store manager and a student librarian. In the near future, Ms. Cox-White hopes to publish her next book, a children’s book that is currently awaiting for its final illustrations to be approved.

Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Cox-White pursued an education at Southern Illinois University, from which she earned a bachelor’s degree in social work. Initially drawn to the fields of education and nursing before a vehicular accident forced her to shift her attention elsewhere, her success in the field of counseling led her to social work. She is incredibly proud to serve the Lord in all of her work while helping any woman who has been traumatized in any way, shape or form through her first book. Looking toward the future, Ms. Cox-White hopes to continue writing children’s books while caring for her father and devoting her spare time to her grandchildren.
