Wayne A. Andre, Author, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Artists for dedication, achievements, and leadership in literary arts.
With decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Andre currently excels as an author, having recently penned “The Picture in the Puzzle: This Information Scientist Trusts the God of the Bible” for WestBow Press in 2022. Outside of his creative endeavors, he has found success as an elder, bible study leader and Christian ministries team leader for his local church for 30 years, during which time he likewise served as a teacher for the Youth and Adult Sunday School Program, a public speaker and a voluntary missionary. He was previously active in an administrative capacity for Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis, Indiana for more than 25 years, communicating with 30,000 employees across multiple departments around the world. Mr. Andre began his career working for such companies as Roland Aerospace and McDonnell Douglas.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Andre pursued an education at Purdue University, from which he earned a bachelor’s degree in aeronautical engineering in 1974. He concluded his formal academic studies at the University of Missouri–St. Louis in 1975, graduating with a Master of Business Administration. Attributing his success to his lifelong passion, spirituality and his faith in Jesus Christ, he was notably presented with a Best System Award from Eli Lilly and Company in 1995, among other accolades. Among the highlights of his career, he is incredibly proud of his ability to positively relate to people regardless of their age, education of social status. Looking toward the future, Mr. Andre hopes to talk to people on a greater scale while building upon his 10-week class at his local church.
