He also served as a piano faculty member at Teen Pianophoria! from 2004 to 2009. His piano instruction and chamber music expertise have been pivotal to his career progression and tenure.

In preparation for his music career, Mr. Osuga completed piano performance studies at the Steinhardt School of Culture, Education and Human Development at New York University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry from Kent State University since 1984, a Bachelor of Music in piano performance from Youngstown State University since 1987, and a Master of Music in piano performance from the Manhattan School of Music in 1989.

Mr. Osuga has enjoyed many notable experiences during his tenure in music, including the various concerts he has participated in. He is preparing for his next concert, which will be held at the PEN Club on Cinco de Mayo, May 5th, followed by a dinner in his honor. Mr. Osuga has also been affiliated with the InterHarmony International Music Festival in Germany and the Alexander and Buono Festival of Music since 2011. Notably, he has enjoyed performing at all the major venues in Manhattan, throughout New York City and across the United States.

Reflecting on his decades of success, Mr. Osuga credits much of it to his colleagues, friends and supporters. He also notes the tireless work ethic it requires to be successful. As he prepares for the future, Mr. Osuga intends to continue expanding his career in performance. He is collaborating with a creative artistic director and working with a violinist and other pianists to develop future projects.
