After spending many years in New York, which included several years as a designer at the Guggenheim Museum, Ms. Pozzatti returned to her hometown of Bloomington, Indiana, a decision shaped by the COVID-19 pandemic and a desire to honor the city’s vibrant university-community relationship. Through Haute & Bothered, she has found meaningful ways to give back to residents and address community issues, viewing this path as her destiny.
Ms. Pozzatti’s academic background has played a pivotal role in her professional achievements. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design and a Bachelor of Arts in art history from Indiana University, Bloomington. These degrees provided her with both technical expertise and historical perspective, equipping her to excel in the competitive field of visual art and design.
Ms. Pozzatti’s creative output extends beyond visual art into music production. She spent several years writing songs and performing locally. She also released a record titled “Queens & Kings,” showcasing her versatility as an artist.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Ms. Pozzatti is committed to civic engagement and philanthropy. She is a donor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and other charitable organizations, supporting causes that align with her values of compassion and community service.
Throughout her career, Ms. Pozzatti has been influenced by the values instilled by her parents, members of the Greatest Generation who came of age during the Great Depression. Their emphasis on discipline, teamwork and practical problem-solving has guided her approach to both business and life. Ms. Pozzatti attributes much of her success to a natural curiosity and an openness to new opportunities, and she always takes initiative when faced with challenges.
Born in Bloomington, Ms. Pozzatti continues to draw inspiration from her hometown’s cultural landscape. In her free time, she enjoys attending live music events and engaging with the arts.

Notably, she recently trademarked the phrase “Live and Let Drum” as part of her ongoing creative initiatives.
