With nearly 50 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Frost has excelled as a freelance, professional and online journalist since 1976, the owner and investigative journalist with NewsHooks 2 NewsBooks since 2011, and an investigative journalist with Frost Files LLC since 2024. She was formerly active as a copy editor and reporter with Marianas Variety from 2004 to 2005 and an investigative journalist with Newsvine.com from 2006 to 2017. She likewise contributed as a technical writer with Multipoint Lighting from 1989 to 1990, Milmanco from 1992 to 1993, and Eldec from 1993 to 1996, the latter of which also appointed her as their corporate newsletter editor. Moreover, Ms. Frost worked as an electro-mechanical assembler with Boeing in Seattle, Washington from 1981 to 1983.

Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Frost pursued an education at Yakima Valley College, completing undergraduate coursework in journalism between 1975 and 1977. She continued her academic efforts with coursework in advanced electronics at the Naval Education and Training Command from 1977 to 1978. She concluded her studies with coursework in remote viewing training as well as multiple courses under the tutelage of Tony Robbins. In addition to these accomplishments, Ms. Frost obtained her certifications in advanced electronics and as both a relief interviewer and ombudsman from the U.S. Navy.

Beyond her primary responsibilities in her field, Ms. Frost has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her immediate circles. During her tenure in the U.S. Navy, she served as a KW-7 electronics technician with COMOCEANSYSLANT from 1977 to 1980 and an ombudsman on the USS Belleau Wood LHA-3 from 1985 to 1988. The first 11th grader (Junior) editor-in-chief for The Roosevelt News at Roosevelet High School, in the school’s 75-year history, she has found much success with her published works, including “Diary of a Meth Rescue” for Rense.com, “The Story of Hollywolf,” “Pirates of Charity: Take What You Can, Give Nothing Back,” “The Cassandra Frost Collection: A Decade of Writing on Remote Viewing, Intuition and Consciousness” and “Vampires of Charity: Secret Societies, Human Trafficking and FDA/DoD Fraud at Taxpayer Expense.” Furthermore, Ms. Frost fondly recalls scooping Sports Illustrated with an interview with UW Huskies quarterback Sonny Sixkiller, in addition to penning Namaste Magazine’s cover story, “Masons Facilitate Prostitution at U.S. Taxpayers Expense.”

Attributing her success to her sense of gratitude and her dedication to being of service to others, Ms. Frost has accrued several accolades throughout her career. Recognized as a Rosemaiden by Roosevelt High School and the Student of the Year by Yakima Valley College, she was notably presented with five awards from the Society of Professional Journalists, including the National Diversity Award and three awards for her present investigations into corruption within the nonprofit space. Among her most distinguished achievements, she is incredibly proud to have had a stellar personal and professional life, cementing her reputation as an award-winning “one-woman newsroom.” Looking toward the future, she hopes to become a nominee for the Pulitzer Prize and a New York Times best-seller as she aims to have her ebooks released in physical copies. Additionally, Ms. Frost will continue to advocate against nonprofit corruption, human trafficking, and fraud in the FDA and Department of Defense.
