Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. McLaughlin pursued an education at Edinburgh Napier University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in business and tourism in 2007. He concluded his studies at Technological University Dublin, graduating with a Master of Science in advertising in 2009. He holds certificates in graphic design from the Dublin Institute of Design and the Shillington School of Graphic Design New York, now Shillington Education, and in visual arts practice, painting, and drawing from the National College of Art and Design of Dublin, Ireland.

During his tenure at Quantified Commerce in 2019, he developed 90% of the advertising, packaging, and website development for a drone toy which went on to become a multimillion-dollar success.
In the immediate future, Mr. McLaughlin is considering delving into a music promotion business as a secondary endeavor. While the details of this endeavor are still in the refinement stage, his extensive network within the music scene fuels his confidence to embark on this exciting venture. At Bethpage Federal Credit Union, he seeks to attain the position of creative director of senior designer.
