She then acquired a Master of Fine Arts in painting from American University in 1978, and a Master of Arts in modern and contemporary art history from Christie’s Education in New York in 2007. Ms. Pratt’s master’s thesis on Florine Stettheimer was recognized by the Jewish Museum for inclusion in their retrospective catalog.

Ms. Pratt’s civic involvement includes being a member of the Mnemosyne Initiative, where she collaborates with international artists to share insights and explore various topics through art. She has also served on the board of advisors for the Washington Sculptors Group since 2019.
