He takes great pride in having had the privilege of leading and reshaping educational programs as department chair, ensuring they evolved to reflect modern times. He takes great pride in having the honor of showcasing his work at the prestigious Tate Gallery in London. He defines his journey as a painter as a relentless pursuit of new styles and techniques, constantly pushing the boundaries of his creativity. He emphasizes that he is also grateful for the opportunities he has had to make a meaningful impact both in the academic and artistic realms, continually challenging himself and evolving in his craft.

Mr. Rosser attributes his success to the unwavering determination instilled in him by his parents. Their advice, “Never do anything halfway; go all the way,” has been a guiding principle throughout his life. Growing up in Wales, where education was highly valued, he developed a deep passion for learning, which has significantly shaped his journey. In the coming years, he remains committed to his daily painting practice, which continues to be his greatest passion. He finds immense fulfillment in the creative process, where each new painting raises fresh questions and leads to further exploration. Rather than repeating past works, he is driven by a curiosity about the new directions his art may take.
