Shereen Manalani Jarrett, founder, instructor, choreographer, and administrator at All Now! Ms. Jarrett leads a diverse career that spans over 30 years. As a dance instructor, performer, and choreographer at Dance Kaiso in San Francisco since 1991, she has taught classes and has been involved in educational outreach programs, course and curriculum development, and choreography while performing at numerous events and educational assemblies. She also emphasizes specific types of dance, including Afro, Caribbean and Brazilian Trinidadian folklore. Beyond her role at Dance Kaiso, Ms. Jarrett co-founded Universal Moves and World Rhythms in 1993, where she serves in various roles, instructing Movement Fitness, Educational Choreography, Cultural Dance and more. Additionally, she founded All Now! Performance and Outreach in 2005, a dance company that teaches various dance forms.

More recently, Ms. Jarrett began serving as the executive director of program and curriculum design and education nonprofit administration at Joy Generation LLC in 2014. As a professional development instructor, she teaches courses, offers professional development training for staff and educators, designs courses, writes curricula and promotes training. Her career history formerly included teaching and lecturing dance at several institutions, including West Valley College and San Jose State University, as well as at Academic Antics Inc. and Al Ah We. Earlier in her career, Ms. Jarrett was a head teacher, assistant director and director at a daycare, Child Development Inc., after working as a developmental facilities administrator, director of programming and administrative director at Early Horizons.

Beyond her primary work, Ms. Jarrett is recognized as a non-denominational minister. She has also dedicated much of her time to volunteer efforts, including her work with the Bill Wilson Foundation. She holds a multitude of professional credentials, including in Brazilian folkloric dance professional training and performing, training in ritual, folkloric and traditional dance forms with various masters, and direct training and co-teaching with world-renowned dance master Wilfred Mark in Traditional Trinidadian Folklore. In light of her success, Ms. Azmi received Choreography and Performance Awards in 2017 from the Carnival San Francisco. She has found tremendous success and satisfaction in her work, particularly working with children over the years. Ms. Jarrett credits her success to self-questioning, thorough research, determination and a positive family upbringing.
